SOSA Dance Fitness is a FUN-PACKED, AUTHENTIC, LOW IMPACT, INTERNATIONAL dance class that will keep you fit and feeling fabulous.

We combine Salsa, Latin, Ballroom, Kizomba, Zouk and various other international dance styles to create one fantastic fusion of dance fitness.

Steps are adapted to be danced solo, so you don't need a partner to learn these amazing dance styles.

The class runs on a pay-as-you-go basis, so there's no need to pay in advance. When you come to class you'll get a SOSA dance card so you can keep track of how many classes you've attended, and when you fill it up you can have a class for free! 


What to wear


Just wear clothing that you will feel comfortable in for a workout. Regular trainers are great footwear-wise, or you can wear dance shoes/trainers if you happen to already have some. Oh, and you might also like to bring some water and towel!
